Viva Communication Channels
The Service includes dashboards, APIs, and delivery infrastructure to manage and send communications.
3. Content Ownership and License
Your Content
You retain full ownership of the data, contact lists, and message content you submit through the Service.
License You Grant Us
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your data.
We do not share your data with third parties unrelated to message delivery.
We do not use your message content for advertising or internal marketing.
4. Acceptable and Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Send spam or unsolicited messages.
Send misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or illegal content.
Impersonate individuals or organizations.
Violate applicable communication laws or telecom provider policies.
Send messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them.
You are fully responsible for all content and messages sent from your account. VNC is not liable for any legal or regulatory claims arising from your communications.
5. Fees and Payments
The Service is paid.
Fees may vary depending on selected plans, message volume, or delivery channels.
Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension or account termination.
Payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% delivery success due to dependency on third-party telecom and network providers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
You violate these Terms.
You use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.
You misuse communication networks or attempt to bypass provider rules.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
